Georgia Guariglia is from New York and is a junior at Spence. She is an active member of her school's film club, and has been a part of tech crew for several school productions. 

Georgia has a deep interest in all the steps in the process of filmmaking. She worked as an intern assisting with research and outreach for season two of UNLADYLIKE2020 a docu series about little-known American women in history. Georgia is inspired by the profound social impact films can have. She is fascinated by the different techniques used to invoke emotion in films such as sound, light, and color, as well as the narrative.

Her favorite movie is Wes Anderson’s Fantastic Mr. Fox.
