SUBMISSIONS TO THE 2023 Festival ArE NOW OPEn
All films must comply with the following rules/regulations:
All submissions must be received by August 15, 2023 midnight EST.
Filmmakers must be between 14 and 21 of age at the time of film’s creation
Filmmakers can be from anywhere in the world
Films can be of any genre
Films may be of any length
Films must have been created in the past twelve months (since summer 2022)
One submission per filmmaker (or group of filmmakers)
Films can be in any language but we request that all films in languages other than English have an English transcript or subtitles available
